Assistant Manager HR
Objective:
This role will support all talent management process. Identify employees and help them grow, optimize and develop their capabilities/careers, aligning to the companys strategy. Performance management, talent development, rewards and recognition and succession planning will be being a part of this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving the Talent management and Succession Planning for the organisation.
- Support and drive the Performance Mgmt. across locations and bring consistency in process implementation.
- Work with stake holders and develop training and development plans for their team.
- Build strategic initiatives to increase performance management culture and making career conversations.
- Identify and drive HIPOs.
- Conceptualise and drive rewards and recognitions program.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the branches across location.
- Responsible for employee grievance management and POSH
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 08-12 years of work experience as an HR.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication
- Multilingual, should be able to speak English & Kannada. Ability to speak Telugu, Tamil, Hindi & Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Should be able to understand employee behaviour and provide counselling.
- Willing to travel as and when required.
- Willing to work 6 days a week
