This is a full-time on-site Admin Executive role located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing executive-level support, be detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Billing clearance & cost control
Cafeteria management
Security Management
Transportation arrangements
Accommodation booking
Travel ticket booking
Forex & Visa Processing
Events Management
Building Management
Stationery and other purchase part handling
Managing administrative activities, involving the purchase of equipment, maintenance of Billing Invoices, Client visit requirements, safety, security, etc
Monitoring Housekeeping functions day-to-day and tracking
Ensure planning and execution for smooth operations
Prepare daily, weekly, Fortnight, and monthly records & SOPs, checklists for operations
Ensure zero issues in operations & maintenance
Co-ordinate with all departments
Food and Beverages, Space Management, Statutory & Compliance, Asset verification and reconciliation, Travel & Hotels
Good Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
