Job Title : Sr/Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive

Role Requirement


  • Generate New Business from Open Market Sourcing
  • Should be ready to travel within the limits of Pune city
  • Passions towards interacting with prospect customers
  • Should be driven by sales number
  • Pleasing personality and excellent telephonic skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with process adherence
  • Easily establish relationship with customers and build a rapport.
  • Is able to instil confidence in the customer on providing financial advice related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions.


Job Description

  • Achieve the Sales Targets (CA/SA) set in terms of NTB, Value & product mix.
  • Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines
  • Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics for his/ her assigned territory
  • Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion/FTR %/ UID penetration and NBD penetration.
  • Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
  • Acquisition of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products of the bank with main focus on Wealth.
  • Acquires new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.



Skills

  • Ability to communicate in English and Vernacular effectively and express ones viewpoint clearly
  • Good networking skills - ability to start relationships and build rapport.
  • Good analytical skills at an elementary level
  • Ability to understand & sell a variety of products.
  • Good follow up skills. Should be able organize own time effectively and structure own activities
  • Is able to persuade others to one own point of view and present the key benefits persuasively.
  • Likes interacting and dealing with people / customers.


Work Experience


  • Any sales experience willing to take up the profile in banking for Current Account & Saving Account
  • Preferred experience in CASA, LI, GI, MF, Gold loans, Fixed Deposits, FD, RD, Retail assets
  • Graduate / MBA
  • AMFI / Insurance Certification preferred.


Mandatory Desirables:

  • Age: less than or equal to 29 yrs
  • Graduate from any stream
  • Inclination towards sales profile
  • Willing to travel
