Inviting Professional with below Experience: -

Experience: 5- 20 Years

1. Piping Layout/ Stress/ Material Engineers / piping Designer FTC/ Permanent Contract BE (Mechanical) with 5 to 20 years' experience in refinery, Petrochemicals/ Fertilizer Projects. Understanding and exposure of 3D modelling tools is a must. and (piping Designer Sp3d tool)

2. Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer : Working on Basic, FEED or detailed engineering design complied with project requirements. Referring to specific duties and responsibilities. Develop broad and professional process engineering competencies to provide future engineering capacity with process group . Accountable for successful completion of assigned engineering tasks and preparation of process engineering documents . Performing design activities assigned by Process Lead Engineer . Preparing process equipment and instrument related documents for project requirement within a given time frame. Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations. Prepare process specifications, drawings (PFD, P&IDs etc.) and process deliverables. Review design documents / drawings prepared by the design team .Keep up to date with new developments of standards, process soft-wares, procedures and implement it to the day to day work. Together with the process team develop sizing calculations for Process equipments (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, distillation columns, compressors, separators, reactors etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheet.

3. Underground Civil & Structural Engineer / Designer- SP3D : Coordinates within the Underground Piping team and is a discipline focal point for Underground Services, and assist with proposal activities Performs engineering checks prepared by others within UG discipline.

Review of P&IDs. Performs design verification through UG discipline check and assists with inter-discipline checks (IDC). Prepares MTOs of UG arrangement. Prepares technical bid evaluations within UG discipline. Prepares specifications for UG part. Prepares subcontract documents related to UG Scope. Review of vendor data if required. Prepares hydraulic analyses and reports on calculations of underground piping designs. Coordinates and checks the work of other UG engineers and designers.

4. Civil & structural Engineers and Designer: Candidates shall have Diploma/ BE / BTech / MTech with 5 to 20 Years Experience in Refinery / Petro-Chemical / Fertilizer Project. Shall have Experience and Knowledge in Analysis and design of Steel and Concrete structures and their foundations. Knowledge in STAAD Pro, Mat 3D and Foundation 3D. Shall have knowledge in Indian / British / American Codes.

5. Electrical Engineer : Preparation / Checking of Single line diagram with protection and metering requirement. • Preparation of detailed calculation for major electrical equipment like transformer, Emergency Diesel Generator, Capacitor bank, AC UPS, Battery & Battery charger, Neutral grounding resistor. • Preparation of detailed design calculation for earthing , lighting, cable sizing, cable tray / trench sizing. • Preparation of electrical consumer list, cable schedule. • Checking of Electrical layouts like earthing, lighting, cable tray / trench, Fire alarm system, telephone system, public address system etc. • Understanding / checking of substation automation system • Preparation of electrical equipment and bulk material requisitions, vendor offer review, preparation of technical bid tabulation etc. • Vendor document review (Electrical equipment & bulk material) • Coordination with other engineering disciplines for inputs and technical issues • Participates in Model Reviews and other project related workshops. • Review of Subcontractors/ Vendor documents for technical compliance. • Prepares cost estimates and quantity take offs. • Support to filed engineering & Trouble shooting. • Adhere to Corporate QHSE policy. MAIN TASKS: • Preparation of Single line diagram. • Preparation of material requisitions. • Checking of electrical layouts • Electrical vendor document review • Issue of deliverables with required quality as per project schedules. • Providing inputs to drafting team and guiding them in preparing design drawings • Follow up of inter discipline comments and their resolution including clash resolution. • Clarifications/solutions to site queries/issues.

6.Instrumentation Engineer :

Design Exp, SPI/INtools multiple modules, Index/IO List; Inline/Offline Inst MR; ICSS, Analysers; Field Engineering. Detailed Engineering experience in Refinery, Petrochemicals/ fertilizer projects is a must

Instrument Designers : 4~10 years Design/Modelling Exp, Sp3D & E3D (modelling of Instruments, F&G devices, JBs, Panels), ACAD/MicroStation; Inst location plan/Layouts, Tray/Duct Routing and drgs, Hook-Up Drgs. SPI/INtools exp desirable. Detailed Engineering experience in Refinery, Petrochemicals/ fertilizer projects is a must
