Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To receive all guest call for requests and route it to the concerned person and ensure that service is delivered within the stipulated time.
  2. To receive and process all guest queries and complains.
  3. To act as a single point of contact for the department employees.
  4. To send job orders to the Engineering Department for execution of repairs and maintenance and maintain a record for the same.
  5. To record movement of all extra items given to guest on request.
  6. To coordinate with Front Office for clearance of rooms for sale and update room status on the system.
  7. To receive, record, store and dispose all Lost & Found items as per laid down norms.
  8. To coordinate with other departments for the smooth functioning of the department.
  9. To update and maintain record for all extra / spring cleaning schedule.
  10. To prepare Housekeeping Occupancy List as per physical check taken by Room Attendants and forward it to Front Office for discrepancies.
