Roles and Responsibilities
- To receive all guest call for requests and route it to the concerned person and ensure that service is delivered within the stipulated time.
- To receive and process all guest queries and complains.
- To act as a single point of contact for the department employees.
- To send job orders to the Engineering Department for execution of repairs and maintenance and maintain a record for the same.
- To record movement of all extra items given to guest on request.
- To coordinate with Front Office for clearance of rooms for sale and update room status on the system.
- To receive, record, store and dispose all Lost & Found items as per laid down norms.
- To coordinate with other departments for the smooth functioning of the department.
- To update and maintain record for all extra / spring cleaning schedule.
- To prepare Housekeeping Occupancy List as per physical check taken by Room Attendants and forward it to Front Office for discrepancies.
