Customer Handling
Excellent communication in English & Hindi/Bengali
English to Bengali and English to Hindi translation will be applicable during interview
Qualification : 12th passed / Graduate (Premium process)
Experience :Freshers / Minimum 1Year BPO Experience MNC in Voice Process (Premium process)
Salary : CTC - 15 K - 20 k
Week off : Rotational
Shift : Rotational shift(24X7)
Mode of work : Work From Office
Leaves - 1st 3 months not eligible to apply any leave except emergency cases.
Desired Candidate Profile.
Should be Double Dose Vaccinated
Candidates has to be polite and should have patience
Good Communication in English and Hindi or Bengali Required
Candidates should be residing in Kolkata only to apply.
