JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Customer Care Executive and Senior Customer care Executives
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Should have good convincing skills, be energetic and presentable
Process: UK B2B Survey
UK Timings: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Drop Provided)
Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Weekends Fixed Off)
Experience: Fresher (with excellent communication skills) to 2 years in any International Process
